Shipping and Tracking

Every Product Carries With It a Piece of Us—and That’s Just the Beginning

We want your order to reach you with the same care and intention it was made with. Most orders leave within one day. They move through the United States Postal Service (USPS), traveling from our hands to yours, across the country or beyond.

By noon EST, orders are on their way. If you have questions, we’re here to help.

Domestic Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Domestic Shipping Rates

Nearly all domestic orders begin their journey from our warehouse within one business day, moving through USPS Ground Select, First-Class Mail®, or Priority Mail®—and occasionally UPS and FedEx— based on size, and tracking is always available.

  • Free Shipping For orders above $49.99 after discounts and promotions, we cover shipping within the U.S. It’s our way of honoring the giving nature that inspires every product we make.
  • Flat Rate Shipping For smaller orders, shipping is $8.00. Just enough to guide it gently from our hands to yours.

Domestic Order Delivery Times

USPS estimates most deliveries to arrive in 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel begins its journey, along with a sense of when to expect it.

If you need something specific, reach out before placing your order. We’ll do what we can to meet you there.

And if the product doesn’t feel quite right when it reaches you, let us know within 60 days. We’ll find a way forward together. That might mean a replacement, a substitution, store credit, or a refund. Whatever fits the moment best.

Once the item returns to us, we’ll take care of the rest.

Domestic Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll get an email with tracking, so you can follow its path. You’ll also find it in your account, but if reaching out is easier, we’re here.

For international shipments, tracking can get a little foggy as the package moves across borders. We’ll pass along everything we’re given.

Domestic Order Delivery Guarantee

Every package we send carries the care of hands that gathered and crafted it. If your domestic retail order is lost or damaged on its journey, please reach out as soon as you can.

We’ll guide you gently through the next steps, whether it means sending a replacement, offering store credit, or issuing a refund. Your trust is the soil where our work takes root and flourish.

International Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

We’re deeply grateful to serve kindred spirits in over 90 countries.

Every international order carries with it the energy of the plants, the knowledge passed down through ancestral traditions, and the intention we place into every formula.

Still, the journey across borders isn’t always smooth. Delays, customs fees, and the rare refusal at entry are part of the path. While we tend to each parcel with care, international shipping lives outside the certainty we can offer for domestic orders.

You can find more about that on our International Returns page. And if you ever need to speak with us, we’re here.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are pulled directly from the carriers at checkout, reflecting the size of your parcel, the distance it will travel, and what the journey costs today. We don’t charge extra to prepare or pack your order—that part is already done with heart.

If you need support, or if anything feels unclear, we’re just a message away.

International Order Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our hands, it follows a longer trail—across oceans, through customs, and into the heart of your country. Delivery times usually fall between 7 and 21 business days, though delays can happen, especially during busy times of the year.

We send international shipments with the same care and timing as domestic orders, and we truly appreciate your patience as your order journeys to you.

International Order Tracking

Tracking is part of every international order, though the visibility tends to fade after it leaves U.S. soil, often through the Jamaica, NY USPS hub. Some countries don’t scan packages at every step, and it can feel like your parcel has stopped moving.

We know that can feel uncertain, but it’s part of the rhythm of cross-border shipping. From experience, we’ve seen these parcels arrive safely more often than not. It’s a path we’ve walked many times.

International Order Delivery Guarantee

We’ve seen thousands of international orders make their way safely to their homes. But we’ve also seen the occasional parcel get held up by forces beyond our hands.

We can guarantee delivery within the U.S., but once an order begins its journey abroad, we step into unknown territory.

If you're ordering from another country, please take a look at our International Returns page before completing your purchase. It’s important to us that you feel grounded in the full picture.

Formatting International Addresses

The journey begins with your address. Taking a moment to format it clearly helps your package reach you without getting caught in unnecessary detours.

We’ve adapted the guidance below from USPS standards to support a steady path from our hands to yours. If you'd like to read more, the full guidelines are on their site.

Customs Fees and Duties

As your order makes its way to you, it may pass through the hands of customs. Occasionally, this can mean extra fees or duties, depending on your country’s rules. These charges, if they appear, are the customer’s to cover.

We always declare each item truthfully, following U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, and encourage checking with your local customs office if you want a clearer picture before you place your order.

Import Restrictions

Just as each plant thrives in its own conditions, every country has its own guidelines for what may enter. Some limit herbal ingredients; others restrict how much you can receive.

For example, Canada allows no more than three units of certain products like Tongkat Ali Extract. To help your order move smoothly through its journey, we recommend speaking with your local customs office before placing it.

Our guarantee for international delivery covers the journey until it leaves U.S. soil. Beyond that, it’s guided by the laws and limits of your homeland.
