Since the beginning, we’ve chosen to do the sourcing ourselves because we want to know where every ingredient comes from. Not just the land, but the hands.

Each formula we offer is made here in the U.S., in certified organic, FDA-registered, and NSF cGMP facilities. But the work starts in the forest. In the field. In the relationships we’ve nurtured with rural harvesters, wildcrafters, and small farmers since 2010.

Through Dàodì-informed sourcing, we select plants from their native environments and work closely with the people who bring these herbs to life.

It’s slower that way. But it means we can trace each ingredient back to its roots. We’ve stayed close to the process because that’s what this work deserves. That’s what you deserve.

We get asked this a lot. And the honest answer is no—we don’t offer private consultations or make product recommendations. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s the beauty, and complexity, of this work.

Your path is personal, and we respect that. Our role isn’t to tell you what to take, but to offer the highest quality herbs and empower you with education and insight.

We also follow FDA guidelines, which prohibit companies like ours from offering medical advice. These guidelines are here to protect you, and we fully support them.

Domestic Orders

Orders usually leave our hands within one business day. If you place it Monday afternoon, it’s usually packed by nightfall and on its way by Tuesday morning. If it comes in late Friday, we send it first thing Monday.

Most domestic orders travel with USPS—Ground Advantage, First Class, or Priority—though sometimes, depending on the size or shape, it’s better sent with UPS or FedEx.

Once the parcel leaves our hands, we’ll send you tracking so you can follow its journey. Most packages show up in 2–3 business days, right when they’re meant to.

International Orders

We’ve sent our formulas into forests, cities, mountain villages, and coastal towns in over 90 countries. And every time, we’re reminded of how far these plants can travel, and how deeply they’re needed.

But as with anything that crosses borders, there are complexities. Every country has its own rhythms, its own rules. And sometimes, the journey isn’t as smooth as we’d all hope.

If you’re placing an order from outside the U.S., we gently encourage you to read through the International Orders section on our Shipping and Tracking page. It’s there to help you feel more grounded in the process—so you know what to expect, and how best to receive what’s on its way.

We believe in every product and formula we offer because it’s made with intention, with respect, and with a deep knowing of where it came from. Still, we know not everything will be a perfect match. That’s part of the process, too.

If something you ordered doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right. For domestic retail orders, we offer a 60-day return window. Reach out and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. As soon as it returns to our warehouse, we’ll refund you. Simple, no stress.
