Plants—and the traditions that teach us about them—are our passion. For us, quality is more than standard to meet nor is it a marketing term to throw around. We source ingredients ourselves. A rarity in the industry. And in doing so, we get as close to the source as possible, following the Dàodì tradition, an approach akin to understanding the terroir of wine. Since starting RAW Forest Foods in 2010, we have formed long-lasting partnerships with our wild-harvesters, growers, and processors—partnerships that allow us to offer products made from ingredients that are unique and unparalleled in quality.

Short answer? No.

Long answer: Your health journey is uniquely yours—and we stand in respect of that. Each person is different, and while we know that products are great, we do not claim that they are magic. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. If someone offers you magic or a one-size-fits-all solution, that’s a red flag. Look elsewhere.

Offering individualized care and providing product suggestions and recommendations is far beyond the scope of what we do at RAW Forest Foods. And it isn’t how real herbalism is practiced.

Additionally, FDA guidelines prohibit this. These guidelines are in place to protect consumers from being taken advantage of, and we respect that. We value rules and regulations designed to safeguard customers.

Because of this, we do offer personal consultations or specific product recommendations.

However, we can direct you to the rich educational resources we’ve developed, including our Product Guidebooks, the Knowledge Tree, the Pine Pollen Academy, and our blog—the Trail Journal. And we’re always here to answer questions—just shoot us an email.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible because we know that you are excited to receive it.

Domestic Orders

With rare exceptions aside, every order is packed and shipped within one business day of when we receive it. This means that if you place your order on Monday afternoon, your order will leave the warehouse by Tuesday morning. But this also means that if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it’s not leaving the warehouse until Monday morning.

Almost all domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), using USPS Ground Advantage, First Class, or Priority Mail—all depending on the order size. We occasionally ship UPS or FedEx. Let us know if you have specific shipping needs.

Once a domestic order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives to you within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package enters the mail stream.

International Orders

We have shipped orders to over 90 countries. We are proud—and honored—to have a global family and a global reach.

With that said, shipping internationally is different than shipping domestically. Different rules apply. And all of this is outlined on our Shipping and Tracking page. Anyone shipping internationally needs to carefully read through the International Orders section of our shipping page.

We love our products. We stand by our products. And we want to earn your confidence and we want to earn your trust.

We have an easy 60-day refund policy for all domestic retail orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We want to make it right. If you need to make a return, reach out to us, and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll immediately refund your order. It’s that simple. However, we do need to receive the return within 60 days.

And one last thing: It’s important to mention that things work differently when we ship internationally. So if you’re a customer that’s located abroad, please read through the specific guidelines we have for shipping internationally and for international returns.

RAW Forest Foods is located in Vermont—the Green Mountain State. We’re lucky. And we know it.
