Plants are our thing at RAW Forest Foods. And for us, quality isn’t just a standard to be met, or a marketing term to throw around. Quality is a fundamental commitment that underlines everything we do. Each product we make is handcrafted here in the US. We partner with FDA registered, certified organic, NSF cGMP facilities to transform our raw ingredients into the finest products available.

We source our ingredients ourselves. A rarity in the industry. And in doing so, we get as close to the source as possible, following the Daodi tradition, akin to understanding the terroir of wine. Since founding RAW Forest Foods in 2010, we’ve been able to form long, lasting partnerships with our wild-harvesters, growers, and processors, allowing us to offer products made from ingredients that are unique and unparalleled in quality.

Short answer? No. Long answer: Your health journey is uniquely yours—and we respect that. Each person is different, and while our products are great, they’re not magic. If someone is offering you magic or a one-size-fits-all solution, run! Providing individualized care, suggestions, or recommendations is beyond the scope of what we do at RAW Forest Foods and isn’t how real herbalism is practiced.

Additionally, FDA guidelines prohibit this. These guidelines are in place to protect consumers from being taken advantage of, and we respect that. We value rules and regulations designed to safeguard customers. Because of this, we do not offer personal consultations or specific recommendations.

However, we can direct you to the rich educational resources we’ve developed, including our Product Guidebooks, the Knowledge Tree, the Pine Pollen Academy, and our blog—the Trail Journal. And we’re always here to answer questions—just shoot us an email.

It offers clear answers about its proandrogenic and adaptogenic properties, the Western understanding of Pine Pollen, its ethnobotanical history, and so much more.

We pack and ship practically every single order within one business day of when it’s received. That means if you place your order on Monday afternoon, it’s going out the door by Tuesday morning. But it also means if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it’s not leaving the warehouse until Monday morning. We know you’re excited to receive your order, so we try to get it to you as quickly as possible.

For domestic orders, almost all packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, First Class, or Priority Mail—all depending on the order size. Occasionally, we ship UPS or FedEx. If you have specific shipping needs, let us know. Once a domestic order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives to you within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package enters the mail stream.

To date, we’ve shipped orders to well over 90 countries (we lost count!). We’re proud to have a global family—it’s wild when you really think about it. That said, shipping internationally is much different than shipping domestically. Different rules apply. And all of this is outlined on our Shipping and Tracking page. Anyone shipping internationally needs to carefully read through that page.

We love our products. We stand by our products. And we want to earn your confidence and we want to earn your trust.

We have an easy 60-day refund policy on all domestic, retail orders. So if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know. We want to make it right. Reach out and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once your return arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue the refund immediately. It’s that simple. But we do need to receive the return within 60-days. See our Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations page for full details.

And one last thing: it is important to mention that things work differently when we ship internationally. So if you’re a customer that’s located abroad, please read through the specific guidelines we have for shipping internationally and for international returns.

RAW Forest Foods is located in Vermont—the Green Mountain State. We’re lucky. And we know it.
