Dosage Guidelines

As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 mL (approximately 3 dropperfuls), preferably on an empty stomach. Please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications.

Measuring a Tincture

Tinctures are typically measured by dropperfuls, with one dropperful equaling 1 mL of tincture. Each dropperful contains approximately 30 drops. To measure the tincture:

  1. Shake the bottle well before use.
  2. Fully squeeze the air out of the rubber bulb.
  3. Submerge the dropper tip into the tincture.
  4. Release the bulb to draw 1 mL of tincture into the dropper.

Note: The dropper may not appear completely full, even when it contains 1 mL.

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
