Dosage Guidelines

Adults take 3 mL (approximately 3 droppersful) preferably on an empty stomach. Please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications. 

Measuring a Tincture

Tinctures are usually measured by dropperfuls, with one dropperful equivalent to 1 mL. Each dropperful contains approximately 30 drops. To measure the tincture, fully squeeze the air out of the rubber bulb, submerge the tip of the dropper into the tincture, and release the bulb. This will draw 1 mL of tincture into the dropper. Note that the dropper may not appear completely full.

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
