Using Forest Manna RAW Pine Pollen™ Powder
Our recommended method for using RAW Pine Pollen™ Powder is to mix it with cold or cool water, stirring or shaking until fully dissolved, and then drink. For optimal absorption, take on an empty stomach—at least 30 minutes before eating and at least 2 hours after eating.*
Dosage Guidelines
As a dietary supplement, adults take 900 mg (approximately 2 scoops) once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Dosage may be split into two servings: 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening.
