Our recommended method for using capsules is to take them with several ounces of water. To maximize absorption, take this product on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before consuming any other food or drink.

Dosage Guidelines

As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules 1 – 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications. Dosage can be divided by taking two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening.
