Supporting Ingredients

Using Mountain Alchemy Pine Pollen Elixir Tincture

Our recommended method for using tinctures is to mix them with several ounces of water and drink in one gulp. We advise against taking tinctures sublingually. To maximize absorption, take this product on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before consuming any other food or drink.

Dosage Guidelines

As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 mL (approximately 3 droppersful) 1 – 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications. Dosage can be split into two servings, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Measuring a Tincture

Tinctures are usually measured by dropperfuls, with one dropperful equivalent to 1 mL. Each dropperful contains approximately 30 drops. To measure the tincture, fully squeeze the air out of the rubber bulb, submerge the tip of the dropper into the tincture, and release the bulb. This will draw 1 mL of tincture into the dropper. Note that the dropper may not appear completely full.

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
