Using Forest Manna Royal Pine Pollen Tincture
Our recommended method for using tinctures is to mix them with a few ounces of water and drink in one gulp. We advise against taking tinctures sublingually. For optimal absorption, take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking.*
Dosage Guidelines
As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 mL (approximately 3 dropperfuls), preferably on an empty stomach. Dosage can be split into two servings—two dropperfuls in the morning and one dropperful in the evening. Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications.
Measuring a Tincture
Tinctures are typically measured in dropperfuls, with one dropperful equaling 1 mL (approximately 30 drops). For accurate measurement:
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Fully squeeze the air out of the rubber bulb.
- Submerge the dropper tip into the tincture.
- Release the bulb to draw 1 mL of tincture into the dropper.
Note: The dropper may not appear completely full, even when it contains 1 mL.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
