The majority of shipments, both domestic and international, are processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Domestic Shipping Rates
The vast majority of domestic orders leave our warehouse within one business day and are shipped via USPS Ground Select, First-Class Mail®, or Priority Mail®, depending on order size. Tracking is available for all services.

We offer free domestic shipping (within the U.S.) on all retail orders of $49.99 or more (after discounts and promotions).

Orders under $49.99 are shipped at a flat rate of $8.00.
Domestic Order Delivery Times
USPS estimates delivery times to be 1–3 business days . You’ll receive tracking details once your order is processed, along with a detailed delivery estimate.

Domestic Order Tracking
You’ll receive an automated email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. This information is also available in your customer account . And if it’s easier, just shoot us an email, and we’ll send it over.
Tracking on international shipments varies and may, to put it lightly, lack the quality we would prefer. See below for specific details on international order tracking .
Domestic Order Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery for all domestic retail orders. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to find the best resolution—whether that means shipping a replacement, issuing store credit, or processing a full refund to your payment method. We’re proud—and truly humbled—to serve customers in over 90 countries. However, compared to domestic shipping, international shipping comes with inherent risks and unpredictability, including delays, limited tracking information, and potential customs or import fees (payable by the customer). In rare cases, some countries may even reject shipments.
We take every reasonable measure to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your international order. However, international shipping is subject to factors beyond our control, and we are unable to guarantee delivery as we do for domestic orders. See our International Returns policy for more details.

International Shipping Rates
The international shipping rates displayed at checkout are live rates, calculated in real time based on order size, destination, and current carrier pricing. This ensures an accurate and fair shipping cost. We do not add extra handling or packaging fees.

International Order Delivery Times
Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination country, customs processes, and other factors. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, though circumstances beyond our control may extend this timeframe. We process international shipments with the same speed as domestic shipments.
Please allow extra time for international delivery, especially during peak seasons.
International Order Tracking
Tracking is available for all international orders. However, tracking quality can sometimes be inconsistent. Once an order leaves the United States—typically from the Jamaica, NY USPS facility—tracking updates may become infrequent or show little movement. This is often due to coordination challenges among international postal and mail services.
While tracking details may appear sparse, rest assured that in most cases, your order is making its way to its destination. We wouldn’t offer international shipping if the vast majority of shipments didn’t arrive safely.

We want to emphasize both the inherent risks of international shipping—many of which are beyond our control—and the fact that most international orders arrive safely. While we guarantee delivery for domestic retail orders, we can only ensure that international orders reach their departure point from the U.S.

Formatting International Addresses
Carefully formatting your delivery address will help avoid shipping and delivery delays. The following rules are adapted from the USPS standards (visit the USPS website for additional formatting rules)

Although rare, customs fees and duties may apply—all depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.
For transparency, all items are declared at their actual value in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations.
Import Restrictions
Each country has its own specific import regulations—rules that may restrict certain products or ingredients or limit the quantity of items that can be imported. For example, some countries impose limits on specific items, while others—like Canada—may allow a maximum of three units of certain products (such as Tongkat Ali Extract).
We encourage customers to verify import restrictions with their local authorities to avoid potential delays or complications.
